We ship orders to addresses within the United States only.

1) Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
  • Once an order has been handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

2) Delivery time (Standard Shipping)

  • Typical transit time: 7–12 business days after the order ships.
  • Remote areas or peak seasons may take a little longer.
  • Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We currently offer standard shipping. Any temporary upgrades or free-shipping promotions will be announced on our website and shown at checkout.

3) Shipping fees

  • Shipping fees (and applicable taxes) are calculated at checkout based on the order weight/size and destination.
  • If a free-shipping promotion is active, the discount will be automatically applied at checkout and reflected on your order confirmation.

4) Order tracking

  • Tracking details are emailed when your parcel leaves our warehouse.
  • You can also view your order status under My Account: https://beautony.shop/my-account/.

5) Shipping coverage & address types

  • We ship to most U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO (where service is available via USPS).
  • Please enter your complete and correct shipping address at checkout. Beautony is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6) Address changes & order edits

  • We start processing orders quickly. If you need to update your address or make a change, contact us immediately.
  • We’ll do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is in processing or shipped.

7) Split shipments

  • To speed up delivery, items in the same order may ship in separate packages at no additional cost. You will receive tracking for each parcel.

8) Delivery issues

  • Delivered but not received: Please check your mailbox/porch, ask neighbors/household members, and contact the carrier with your tracking number.
  • Lost or severely delayed packages: Contact us and we will assist with a carrier trace or claim.
  • Beautony is not responsible for theft after a parcel is marked delivered by the carrier.

9) Undeliverable / refused packages

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., wrong/insufficient address, unclaimed), we can reship to a corrected address; additional postage may apply.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.

10) International shipping

  • We do not currently ship outside the United States.
